For ecotech providers · Prove
Prove your solution performs.
An independent assessment of your solution's operational, environmental and climate performance, under the NEXUS® protocols. Figures you can put in front of clients, investors and juries.
02In short
What an Impact Case is.
An independent assessment report of your solution in operation. It gives you defensible figures now, and prepares a later certification.
- For watertech, climatech and deeptech companies with a product in operation.
- Built on operating data from your client sites.
- Water, energy, carbon and productivity, each in its own unit.
03The problem
“Your figures come from you.”
- Information asymmetry. You cannot claim your own economic and environmental benefits. They have to be proven and verified by a third party.
- Unpriced value. The environmental and climate value of your solution is missing from your client offer and your business model.
- As a service needs proof. Selling outcomes as a service means both sides must agree on an objective measure of performance.
04What you get
One file. Every impact, in its own unit.
- 01Performance assessed per protocol: m³, MWh, tCO₂e, productivity.
- 02A simplified, multi-criteria life cycle assessment (LCA) to evaluate impacts.
- 03Baseline, assumptions and limits stated plainly.
- 04What you can and cannot claim, in clear wording.
- 05An evidence file for sales, fundraising and calls for projects.

+Questions
Is an Impact Case a certificate?
No. It is an assessment report. Certification is a separate process, verified by an independent body.
What data do I need?
Operating data from at least one site where your solution runs. Without data, we tell you what to collect first.
What is the simplified LCA?
A screening life cycle assessment across several criteria that shows where your solution's impacts occur. It supports decisions and claims; it does not replace a full ISO 14040/44 study.
How long does it take?
A few weeks, from the scoping call to the delivery of the report. We scope it around your deadline.
What does it cost?
It is quoted on request and paid by the ecotech provider. The fee is set by the effort, never by the figures found.
