Performance contracting · As a service
Get paid for the water you deliver.
Independent verification for performance-based water contracts. One protocol both sides sign, timestamped facts, and an attestation that triggers payment per cubic metre, in any country.
02In short
What a performance contract is.
A contract where the client pays per cubic metre actually delivered or saved. Veracity is the independent third party that verifies the volumes both sides are paid on.
- For watertech providers selling outcomes as a service.
- For utilities and industrials who pay for results.
- Veracity attests the facts; the contract sets the price.
03The problem
Results delivered. Payment delayed.
- Every client counts the volumes differently.
- Payment waits on work the client controls, such as repairs.
- The data sits with the client.
04One rulebook
Three things, agreed before work starts.
- 01The baseline Method, data and adjustments signed by both parties.
- 02The client's obligations Each one dated, with a written consequence if missed.
- 03The data Access to meters and work orders, written into the contract.
05Who does what
We attest the facts. Your contract sets the price.

+Questions
Does Veracity decide the payment?
No. Veracity attests the facts. The contract sets the price and the consequences.
What if the client delays a repair?
The contract sets a repair deadline per category. Veracity timestamps the notice, so the deadline is undisputed.
Which projects does it work for?
Any intervention where a cubic metre can be measured: leaks, industrial reuse, rainwater, recharge, irrigation, atmospheric water, treatment plants.
Can verified volumes become certificates?
Yes. The same volumes can later be certified or attract corporate co-funding, as long as each one is claimed once.
Who pays for verification?
A baseline set-up, then a flat fee per periodic attestation. The cost can be shared or built into the contract.
